Harris

Senior Vice President, Marketing

An accomplished strategic thinker, Ms. Harris holds 20+ years of experience as an analytical sales and marketing leader. Throughout her career, her strategies have been successful in accelerating the growth and early market traction of product- and service-based companies. She has routinely managed large-scale projects and led skilled teams from diverse backgrounds, and she has proven herself time and time again as a collaborative team mentor and process developer.

For years, Ms. Harris has demonstrated leadership and vision while working with early- and late-stage healthcare, medical device, and life science companies. She has also earned a reputation as an influencer of change. She supported brand value creation, disruptive product adoption, commercialization expansion models, sales team training, and core stakeholder messaging for the likes of Becton Dickinson, Abio-Med, Cohera Medical, Physcient, Asensus Surgical (TransEnterix), Milliken Health, and ConforMIS.

Ms. Harris advanced through several positions during her time with SalesForce4Hire, a marketing, consulting, and contract sales firm focused on the medical device industry, ultimately rising to Vice President of Marketing and Client Services.

She served as Vice President of Marketing for Lumagenics, an early-stage healthcare technology company specializing in UV-based disinfection solutions for resistant pathogens in healthcare environments. Ms. Harris would later become Director of Marketing and Sales Strategy for Hydro—an environmental services company focused on ultra-high water purification for pharmaceutical, cosmeceutical, and micro-electronics manufacturing—before joining CRC.

Ms. Harris continues to lend her skills and talents in the efforts of brand exposure and growth, as well as to create commercialization strategies and development opportunities for multi-national and venture-backed disruptive technologies.

Ms. Harris enjoys cooking in her downtime, and she is a year-round beachgoer with a love for sand and all things water.
